Army Iron Man honors Delaware ’s best high school wrestlers  

BALTIMORE , MD The U.S. Army Baltimore Recruiting Battalion is proud to announce that Delaware Military’s Frank Sipala is the Army STRONG Wrestler of the Year, which honors the best high school wrestler in the state.  More than 10,000 fans voted online, selecting Sipala as the Army STRONG Wrestler of the Year.  Sipala earned the week six Army STRONG Wrestler of the Week honor after winning Most Outstanding Wrestler honors after winning the 112-pound weight class and helping the Delaware Military Academy to the team title in the 11-team event.   

Each week, wrestling competitors must demonstrate physical and emotional strength, as well as strength of character.  The Army STRONG Wrestler of the Year embodies the qualities of Army STRONG.
